I was met by kind and informative staff at the lobby. There were vibrant, gorgeous rooms with a great shower, laundry facilities, as for instance. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Terrific service and great value.

we loved every detail about our excellent stay here during 1 night. staff was extremely helpful and room was non-smoking. location was close to lakes and parks. moreover, it was 2 km from brian orser arena. service was thoughtful throughout the hotel. good value compared to other properties, and neat.
